Barbecue Grill Chicken Marinade
Barbecue Grill Chicken Marinade Ingredients:
1 cup. White Sugar
1 cup. Soy Sauce
1 cup. Water
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
4 tsp. Chile Paste
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan over high heat, whisk together the sugar, soy sauce, water, onion powder, and ground ginger. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove the mixture from heat, cool, Then whisk in lemon juice and hot chile paste. Place chicken in the mixture. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before preparing to grill or oven bake chicken as desired.
Grilling Roasting Cornish Hens With A Tangy Lemon Marinade
INGREDIENTS
Rub:
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Hens:
3 Hens
12 whole cloves
Marinade:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoon brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, basil, and pepper. Rub over the cornish hens. Insert one clove into each breast of the cornish hens, and one in each thigh.
2. In a large shallow dish, blend vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and brown sugar. Place the breasts in the dish, and turn to coat. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours.
3. Preheat grill for medium heat.
4. Lightly oil the grill grate. Discard any left over marinade, place the hens on the grill. Close the lid, and grill your cornish hens turning often, cook them to an internal temperature of 170 degrees F

Barbecue Grill Ginger Chicken Marinade Recipe
Ingredients for Barbecue Ginger Chicken Marinade
1/2 cup. Soy Sauce
2/3 cup. White Wine
1/4 TSP. Cruched Red Pepper
1/4 cup. Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 tBSP. Minced Ginger Root
1/4 cup. Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Instructions:
Conbine all of these ingredients into a bowl. Stir until the sugars are desolved. Wash your chicken parts before handling and place them into a container with a lid. Drizzle the barbecue ginger chicken marinade over the top and mix it in. Cover and refridgerate overnight for good grilling.
You can also use this recipe with fish.
When marinating fish, give a good hour or more of soaking time before grilling. Clean and oil grill before applying fish to grill for nice lines and to eliminate sticking to the grates.
Barbecue Grill Steak Marinade
This is one of the best marinades I have ever cooked a steak in. It has a true gourmet flavor. This Barbecue marinade recipe is a real treat for anyone who appreciated the importance of a good steak.
BBQ Steak Marinade Ingredients
1/3 cup sherry
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced
What You Do
In a medium bowl, mix sherry, soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, ginger, and garlic. Marinate steaks for at least 4 hours in the fridge. Grill on the barbecue on medium heat until your steak reaches desired doneness.
Sweet Chicken wings Marinade Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 small. Onion Chopped
1/2 Red Bell Pepper Diced
1/2 cup. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
1 Tbsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 cup. Cider Vinegar
4 cups. Pineapple Juice

1 16 oz.jar Pineapple Fruit Preserves
Instructions:
Saute onions, and red peppers in olive oil. Add brown sugar, garlic, mustard, and cider vinegar. Cook for one minute on high or until bubbly. Add pineapple juice. Marinade your chicken wings overnight or up to 24 hours.
Cook your chicken wings on the barbecue grill and baste them frequently with the marinade. Near to the end of the cooking, place chicken in a metal baking dish and add preserves to top. Finish they wings in the grill while inside the pan and with the lid closed like an oven. Allow to brown slightly befor serving.
